SURAKSHA

In the moment of danger, people rarely remember a presentation. They remember a behaviour: Pause. Check. Act.

The behaviour

Pause. Check. Act.

SURAKSHA uses one repeatable decision habit across different life-safety situations so participants have something memorable to use when risk, urgency or pressure appears.

Expanded readiness modules

Everyday risks. One decision habit.

The original four modules remain the core. Four adjacent modules extend the same Pause · Check · Act behaviour into the risks communities increasingly face.

01 · Road

Road Safety

Recognise risk, slow down decisions and act safely around everyday road situations.

02 · Drugs

Drug-Free Living

Build awareness of pressure, risk signals, protective choices and routes to responsible support.

03 · Cyber

Cyber-Fraud Safety

Spot urgency, impersonation, unsafe links, credential requests and other common red flags before acting.

04 · Jobs

Job-Scam Awareness

Recognise fake offers, payment demands, suspicious recruiters and verification gaps before trusting an opportunity.

05 · Digital

Digital Safety & Citizenship

Privacy, online behaviour, phishing, misinformation, unsafe sharing and responsible participation in digital spaces.

06 · Financial

Financial Scam Readiness

UPI fraud, OTP traps, fake investments, loan-app scams and the habit of verifying before money moves.

07 · AI Safety

AI Safety for Everyday Users

Deepfakes, synthetic voice, AI-generated misinformation, impersonation, privacy and verification before trust.

08 · Emergency

Community Emergency Readiness

Awareness-level guidance on recognising an emergency, getting help quickly and communicating clearly to appropriate responders.

SURAKSHA remains an awareness and behaviour programme. Technical first aid, emergency response, clinical, legal or enforcement instruction should be delivered only with appropriately qualified partners and current official guidance.
